What usually triggers a binge?
In general, people report binge eating found from unpleasant feelings. Feeling depressed is a particularly powerful stimulus. Other triggers can be emotional anxiety, anger, loneliness, boredom, irritability and despair.
What is the relationship between diet and binge eating?
The restrictive dieting has a directly proportional to the binge. The higher the food restriction, the more likely of chaos and disorder with food. As a result weight gain appears to result in major paintings of overweight and obesity. Eating too little creates a physiological and psychological pressure that leads to overeating.

The Compulsion in The Act of Eating
When speaking of Eating Disorders, commonly think of Anorexia and Bulimia and the unique conditions within this category. However, during recent years because of studies and scientific research has emerged over a table has specific characteristics and is known as the Eating Disorder Compulsive or Binge Eating Disorder.
While this disorder shares the central feature of bulimia: binge eating, it differs in that the person who has it does not include inappropriate compensatory behaviors (purging, self-induced vomiting, intense exercise, fasting, dietary restrictions); and is mostly seen in obese people.
