<p>4 ½ months, will begin to introduce gluten-free cereal in the bottle 1 and last and increasing by one tablespoon per week.</p>
<p>5 months: you start with milk and fruit contraction ground incorporating a new fruit each week (orange, pear, banana, apple, papaya, mandarin), giving it to the snack time and place of making dairy .</p>
<p>6 months: will start with the vegetables without green leaves (zucchini, pumpkin, carrot, potato), cooked them with little water, no salt and a tablespoon of olive oil and substituting and making noon.<span id="more-814"></span>7 months: will start to gluten cereal in the bottle or porridge and meat (chicken or beef) with vegetables.</p>
<p>8 months: You can add unsweetened yogurt, green beans too or Jewish.</p>
<p>9 months begin to incorporate green leafy vegetables like kale and spinach, you can also add to the vegetables, some rice and white fish to toggle it with the meat.</p>
<p>10 months, will begin to try to cooked egg yolk, starting ¼ yolk a week and progressively increased up to 2 yolks per week.</p>
<p>12 months: it may introduce lentils, fresh cheese and ham (both without salt) and the rest of strawberry and peach fruit natural booking up to 2 years for their allergenicity at this age. Also start small with cooked egg yolk.<br />
At this age are beginning to encourage chewing, so the food will not be completely crushed, and introduce a small dinner before the last bottle.</p>
<p>15 months: At this age begin to introduce vegetables and oily fish. We include regular home stews as they are not always cooked with fats and excess salt or spices.
