Improve your appearance is something of a combination of factors: a good nutritional plan, well water, fresh air, exercise, sleep well and less stress as possible.

But in this hectic world where it is difficult to fulfill all, it is worth trying at least the first one. In other words, eating healthy to look younger.

Well believe it or not, poor eating habits, like eating lots of fat and sugar or many stimulating drinks (like coffee), are harmful to our skin and thus for most of our presentation.

While a poor diet, one that only leads us to constant weight change, only result in one of the main causes of the dreaded wrinkles (after excessive sun exposure).

Recall that to gain weight, our skin is stretched, straining elastic fibers in their inner layers. And when we lose, our skin does not always return to its original form, especially if the decline has been so drastic.

There is no fear because both body fat!

The fat pads (body fat) are extremely important for the appearance of the skin. These lie directly under the skin and separate the muscle and bone. Its function is to cushion and support our skin to supply the sebaceous glands and act as a vehicle for oil soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, D and E.

Thus, losing almost all the fatty tissue through a crash diet or disease, can alter the look terribly and quality of our skin.

Some Tips:

* To enhance our skin is important to consume enough protein, vitamins and minerals that can be found at: lean meats (fish, poultry), eggs, fresh vegetables and fruits. Are among the most recommended: avocado, cucumber and cabbage. (more…)
