Tennis Elbow: Causes and Symptoms
What causes this condition?
It not only affects tennis players, is caused by other sports and jobs or hobbies that involve repetitive movements.
Movements in the elbow is bent while gripping something tightly, like a racquet or a tool are the most common causes of tennis elbow.
What are the symptoms of tennis elbow?

The arm should rest and avoid any movement that causes pain.
Stretching exercises can help. The wrist must bend everything that can be down, keeping your hand down with the help of your other hand. The elbow is fully stretched and the forearm is rotated inward so that the fingertips pointing toward the side. The stretch should be held for 15 seconds and repeated after a brief interval. This should be repeated several times a day.
